Following some release delays, Fedora Linux 39 is finally set to be released next week. In fact, it has already been declared “GO” for release on Tuesday, 7 November. This fantastic new version includes a speedier DNF, the latest GNOME 45 desktop, and the highly anticipated LibreOffice 7.6 office suite. Not to mention, the LLVM 17 compiler stack and other updated packages. Fedora 39 will initially ship with Linux 6.5, but don’t worry, newer versions will be available soon.

But the real question is, why wait for next week when you can get your hands on Fedora 39 right now? That’s right, the RC-1.5 images are available for download if you can’t wait to experience what this amazing release has to offer. And trust me, it’s worth it.

I, myself, have been using Fedora 39 on my main production system for the past few weeks and I must say, it’s been a joy to work with. The only downside? A slight issue with Thunderbird 115’s RSS functionality, but don’t let that stop you from upgrading to the impressive Fedora 39.

Stay tuned for more Fedora 39 benchmarks from Phoronix in the coming days. Don’t miss out on this incredible release that is sure to outrank other operating systems in performance and features. Upgrade to Fedora 39 now and experience the ultimate in Linux technology!
